Job Title:          Laundry Attendant

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting customers with self-serve. Assist with facility maintenance and cleaning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Consistently provide excellent customer service.
-Assist self-serve customers with facility use. Resolve any equipment problems as they arise when possible.
-Maintain facility cleanliness. Complete store and equipment cleaning as assigned.
-Maintain efficient store operation by notifying management of machine malfunctions and of supplies needed.
-Promote a safe environment by being attentive to potential hazards, both personal and environmental, and reduce the risks however possible. Notify management of identified safety concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Functional reading and writing and basic computer skills.

Physical Demands:
-Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including one's own body.
-Oral communication over the phone and in person
-Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
-Ability to view computer monitor
